Management of the Fund:

Stonevest (Pty) Ltd will manage the properties and can enter into an agreement in future with a property manager(s) at such a time as the directors may deem fit. The actual income of the fund will be declared monthly and will be a direct result of the month-to-month management of the property. Vacancies will have an immediate effect on the performance of the fund.

Stonevest has also appointed an investment committee to advise the directors of Stonevest regarding the acquisition of properties as well as the decision to sell properties. The decision to buy or sell will both be to the benefit of the fund and its shareholders.
