Investor Protection:

In order to provide investors with peace of mind, the following investor protection rules and regulations have been implemented by Stonevest and are strictly adhered to:
  1. Non exec independent directors: Amanda Lourens and Jahala Cloete
  2. Applicable FAIS legislation: Article 38 of the 2001 FAIS legislation
  3. When an investment is made, the funds are paid into the trust account of the attorneys Puwani Padayachi Marais Inc. This account is managed in accordance with Section 78 (2A) of the Attorneys Act, 53 of 1979.
  4. The property will be acquired in terms of a conditional purchase agreement whereby the purchaser is to carry out a successful due diligence, the results of which are published in the disclosure document.
  5. Stonevest makes provision for any capital deficits by applying for a mortgage bond in principle.
  6. 7 day cooling off period.
