„StoneVest handles both the purchase and leaseback, as well as the development and management of real estate needed for operations. This allows your company to focus on its core business.“

Dr. Wulf Meinel

Many corporates operating in Germany own the real estate needed for their business.
From a commercial viewpoint, this does not make sense, because:

  • Real estate ownership ties up capital and resources that companies would be better off investing in their core business.
  • Manufacturing companies with a high proportion of real estate assets are valued lower on the stock market.
  • Real estate sold to a specialist like StoneVest and leased back by the company on a long-term basis can be efficiently adapted to changing user requirements thanks to our expertise.

Our values

We have proven and well-founded experience and can therefore successfully take ad-vantage of attractive investment opportunities. This applies both to our investors and to the companies that entrust us with their real estate.

For StoneVest, it is not only the return achieved from real estate investments that counts, but also sustainability in the ESG triad of environmental, social and corporate responsibility.
